Tyler Stott passed for six touchdowns in leading the Desert Oasis football team to a 51-6 victory against Sunrise Mountain.
One week after suffering its first loss of the season, the Diamondbacks got back on track thanks to touchdown receptions from Maverick Moore, Zion Gonsalves and Hezekiah Johnson.
Isaiah Flasher added a short touchdown run and Caleb Bowman recorded a safety.
“We learned we had to get back to work,” Desert Oasis coach Brant Smith said of last week’s loss to Shadow Ridge. “That is all I know how to do when I lose a game — put in the work to get better every day.”
