Playoffs on the horizon

We’ve reached the last week of the high school football regular season in Las Vegas. Case and Ray take a look at the crucial matchups as league champions will be determined.

Division titles are up for grabs Friday night in the final week of prep football’s regular season.

The one game many wouldn’t have predicted: Bishop Gorman at Foothill.

Gorman, a national brand, is storming through local competition and hasn’t surrendered a point in four league games. But Foothill has exceeded expectations by also running the table to set up the unlikely league title game.

We predict that and more in this week’s forecast. Last week, the column went 15-2 to improve to 105-26 on the season.
