A-Cold-Wall x Converse Aeon Active CX Release Date

After reimagining the classic Chuck Taylor All-Star in 2020, A-Cold-Wall and Converse are getting back together for a new sneaker collab coming soon.

The latest offering from the Samuel Ross-helmed label and the footwear brand is this pair of A-Cold-Wall x Converse Aeon Active CX styles, which will launch starting this month. The Aeon Active CX lifestyle silhouette was officially unveiled in June 2021 and is one of the latest entries to Converse’s CX line. Ross’ version of the shoe features a slip-on upper that’s paired with an exaggerated heel, making it easier to get on and off. The shoe’s standout detail is the bold CX foam midsole, which is partially created with Nike Crater foam and is made from about 12% repurposed scraps from the factory floors.

The A-Cold-Wall x Converse Aeon Active CX will release in the “Micro Chip and Healing Jade” colorway exclusively at A-Cold-Wall.com on April 6 and on April 12 via SNKRS, Converse.com, and at select Converse retailers. The “Black and Apple Green” makeup will arrive on May 8 at A-Cold-Wall.com and on SNKRS, Converse.com and at select retailers on May 12. Both pairs will retail for $160 each.
