Air Jordan 8 Women’s ‘Taxi/Opti-Yellow’ Release Date

Nike’s SNKRS app hosted a live stream today featuring in-hand looks at Jordan Brand’s Summer 2022 retro lineup. Included in the group are previously seen pairs like the Air Jordan 3 “Neapolitan” and “Desert Elephant,” Air Jordan 5 “Green Bean,” and Air Jordan 6 “Red Oreo.” The stream also included a first look at an upcoming women’s Air Jordan 8.

This women’s exclusive Air Jordan 8 dons a “Taxi/Opti-Yellow” color scheme and uses a black-based leather upper accented with two different shades of yellow through. The brighter Opti-Yellow fills in a portion of the accent colors including the background of the chenille Jumpman logo, while the gold-like Taxi makes up the majority of the hits.

The Air Jordan Summer 2022 retro collection will be released throughout the coming months, with this women’s Air Jordan 8 slotted for a June 2022 drop at a retail price of $190.
