Pictured here is Charles Barkley’s signature Nike shoe in a Phoenix Suns-inspired colorway that should satisfy fans of the sneaker and of the NBA franchise. Despite being a new iteration of the model, this pair could’ve easily been released in the 1990s at the height of Barkley’s dominance with the Suns, where he earned NBA MVP honors during the ‘93 season.
The “Suns” Air Max2 CB 94 dons a white-based leather upper that’s coupled with orange and purple accents on the tongue, Nike branding on the sides and heel, and on the tooling. Barkley’s jersey number with the Suns is also embroidered on the heel counter.
As of now, release details for this “Suns” Air Max2 CB 94 have not yet been announced by Nike but stay tuned to Sole Collector for official updates.
