Adidas has stirred up some controversy this month when Kanye West publicly accused the brand’s Adilette 22 Slide of being a copycat version of his own Yeezy Slide. And now, Adidas has previewed another new model that’s reminiscent of the Chicago rapper’s work.

The Three Stripes has just unveiled the Adidas AdiFOM Q on Twitter. According to the brand, the new model is said to be inspired by the Adidas Quake from 2001. The design of the AdiFOM Q also has similarities to Ye’s Yeezy Foam Runner as it features a foam-based construction on the upper that continues down to the tooling. Differentiating this pair from the Foam Runner are the mesh interior and shoelaces.

According to Adidas, readers will be able to cop the AdiFOM Q at Adidas.com and at select Adidas retailers sometime this year. Check back soon to Sole Collector for official updates in the coming weeks.
