Known for its full-grain and nubuck builds, the Nike Air Penny 2 is set to hit retail in a previously unavailable variation— patent leather.
Somewhat reminiscent of the Air Jordan 11, the “Football Grey” colorway is predominantly styled in black, laid out over full-grain and patent leather panels on the upper. The traditional white foam wing cuts in along the midsole, and bright blue hits are visible on the logos. Also like the Jordan 11, a translucent outsole finishes off the look below.
With the material swap comes a bit of a price hike. This pair will retail for $200 on Wednesday, Feb. 17 on the SNKRS app.
