Poets x New Balance Tiago Lemos 1010 Release Date May 2023

Hot on the heels of dropping a Tiago Lemos 1010 with Rone last month, New Balance has tapped New York-based skateboarding brand Poets to put its spin on the sneaker.

Shown here is the Poets x New Balance Tiago Lemos 1010 collab that’s dropping in mid-May. The sneaker features a subtle combination of white mesh and leather on the upper that’s coupled with sail hairy suede panels found on the mudguard, midpanel, and heel counter. The shoe is also equipped with black piping on the toe box, heel, sockliner, along with a matching “N” logo on the sides. Poets branding is embroidered on the heel and stamped on the insole. Capping off the look is a sail Fuel Cell midsole and a black outsole.

Poets was founded by legendary skateboarder Gino Iannucci and the name of the brand refers to Poets Corner, which is a neighborhood in Long Island, New York where he grew up.
