The latest guest on Complex’s hit series Sneaker Shopping is Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma.
Throughout the interview, the young star discussed the sneakers he wore to play basketball growing up in Flint, Michigan, the Air Jordan 1 being his favorite shoe, impressing LeBron James with some of his sneaker choices, hooping in the infamous Dada Spinners as a child, his endorsement deal with GOAT, and more.
“I have [impressed LeBron] before. I actually wore a super rare shoe by him. It was from 2003. I forget what shoe it was, but I walked in, and it was his actual shoe during preseason,” said Kuzma. “So, I walked in, got on the bus, and I’m giddy. I sit down and he just kept looking at them. That’s the one time I probably wore something that really surprised him.”
