Fucking Awesome x Adidas Experiment 01 and Experiment 02 Release Date

After reissuing legendary skateboarder Jason Dill’s Adidas Samba collab in April, the brand has now joined forces with his streetwear brand Fucking Awesome for an upcoming project dropping soon.

For their next collab, Fucking Awesome and Adidas are introducing new iterations of their Experiment 01 and Experiment 02 sneakers, with one of the pairs paying homage to Dill’s youth. The khaki and camo-colored colorway that covers the first silhouette is inspired by the shoes he would skate in as a teenager while the latter pair dons an all-black makeup. Co-branding appears on the tongue tag and on the heel of the midsole.

“For this version of the Experiment 01 silhouette, I really wanted to do something different,” Dill says. “The khaki, muted army green with orange are definitely referencing shoes I liked to skate in when I was a teenager in the 90s. The camo with the eyes looking through finishes it all off nicely. There are so many ways you can go with this model, I look forward to doing more with it in the near future.”

The new Fucking Awesome x Adidas Experiment 01 colorway is available now exclusively at Fuckingawesomestore.com, with a wider release of the shoe and the Experiment 02 arriving on Aug. 13 via Confirmed and at select Adidas retailers. Both pairs will retail for $110.
