Hal Studios x Asics GEL-1130 MK II ‘Forest’ Collab Release Date

The multifaceted creative house Hal Studios has once again teamed up with Asics. This time, it applied its minimalist aesthetic to the GEL-1130 MK II for its latest project.

According to the collaborators, this Hal Studios x Asics GEL-1130 MK II shown here draws inspiration from nature, with the color scheme inspired by the forests in Japan and the surrounding Shinto shrines. The shoe features a green-based mesh upper and is paired with leather and hairy suede overlay panels. The Japanese Shinto shrines are referenced with the orange hits featured on the accompanying hang tag and on the heel’s Gel cushioning unit.

The raffle for this Hal Studios x Asics GEL-1130 MK II collaboration will begin tomorrow, October 5, at halstudios.net and will last 48 hours. All orders will be delivered in the second quarter of 2023.
