It’s been quite some time since the classic Nike Air Max Plus last released in its original “Hyper Blue” colorway, but that’s changing soon if these leaks are any indication.

Hot on the heels of the original “Big Bubble” Air Max 1 returning this month, new leaked info from @Bubblekoppe on Instagram reveals that the Sean McDowell-designed sneaker in its OG “Hyper Blue” makeup is coming back in Spring 2024. There is no leaked imagery of the forthcoming retro at the time of writing and the image above is of the 2018 release.

The “Hyper Blue” Air Max Plus features a gradient blue mesh upper, with black overlay panels appearing throughout. A yellow mini Swoosh logo typically appears at the midfoot along with Air Max TN branding on the heel as a nod to the Tuned Air cushioning in the midsole.

As of now, Nike has yet to confirm that the “Hyper Blue” Air Max Plus is returning to retailers next year. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for official updates.
