There are even more releases between Salehe Bembury and Crocs on the way, as the footwear brand and the renowned designer have confirmed the extension of their partnership.

Today, Crocs confirmed it has inked a new two-year deal with Bembury and as part of the agreement, the designer has been appointed as the creative director of their new Crocs x Pollex Pod collection. In his newest role, Bembury will collaborate with Crocs’ design team to evolve his popular Pollex design as well as introduce new silhouettes and styles in the future.

Bembury’s collaborative efforts with Crocs began in 2021 with the debut of the Crocs Pollex Clogs. Continuing to look ahead to what the two entities have in the works includes the Pollex Slides, which were previewed by Bembury in February.

“We exist in a landscape of ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ collaborations, so the value lies in long-term relationships and that’s what we’ve established. Good design exercises restraint and balances utility with beauty and the Pollex Pod represents that by successfully merging Crocs’ brand identity with my own brand identity,” Bembury said about the partnership.

Crocs confirms that the first release from the Pollex Pod collection will be announced later this season. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for official updates.
